I didn’t have any problems. Had fast service and the optometrist got my contacts perfect! My contacts should come in soon so they gave me a trial till they come in! Will definitely be going back!
This place is a circus. Overbooked? Long wait to see doctor. Then felt rushed to pick out frames. Picked up my new glasses today. Not loving them and they did a lousy job adjusting. Never even offered a mirror to look at how they were sitting. I had to readjust when I got home because they were cockeyed on my nose. I'll be going somewhere else next year.
Changing optometrist.....have been going here for the last 8-9 years. I ran out of contacts before my order came in, called to see if they could give me a pair or two to hold me over and they would not. Their excuse was someone else might need them. Not like I didn't need them. Go give them to your friends who come in there. That's a bit ridiculous. Bye assholes!��
