Sold two pairs of glasses one pair falls off, the other I see everything at an angle, returned them and they would not refund my money. So all of you good comments research their reviews which are terrible around the Nation. Just the beginning of what they are going to receive until I receive my refund. Staff are nice company sucks.
The first time I went they were friendly. Today I stopped by and wanted to get an eye exam and glasses but the lady that asked if I needed help brushed me off to another person who never came to help me. I walked out of there and am going back to my old optical place...so much for trying something new.
They were so friendly professional i set an appointment for my daughter for 4:50 i arrived at 4pm and within 20 minutes we were seen and literally by 4:50 we were done with everything and out the door...YAY!Prices were great! They took my insurance and my daughters second pair I paid for which I didn't mind at all! I know I have to wait 7 to 10 business days but that's fine....I'm definitely setting an appointment for my eye exam now since they took such great care of my daughter!! Y'all got my business!
Everyone was friendly and it was really quick! Loved this place!!!
