They violated my HIPAA rights. My family will never go back to this store. They refused to see me because of a disability. They tried to "accomodate" by offering to see me in a month after hours. I need glasses now and can't wait. I shouldn't have to wait a month just to be able to see because of a disability. RecommendedI was there with my daughter today while she was trying to put contacts in for the first time. Ashley and Dr. Page were so kind, sweet, and patient with her. I knew that they were busy and the patients were piling up but they were so incredibly kind. They’re the best!!
I just needed some help cause i broke my glasses and needed lenses changed out... They had it done in about 5 mins and i was out the door! The best
They have been the worst seeing, almost a year. They were way off with the persciption, made me another ones , they are still not right. I live 100 miles away and hard to get back. They have been nice enough but I never had this happen ever where I have hard time seeing. Meeker Colorado
