DO NOT use America's Best Carpet Cleaners!!! I had them clean my carpets on 8/31 and when they were done my carpets were SOAKED! Then within a couple of days, spots started to come back. I called them right away and was told they would discuss it in their morning meeting and call me back. Surprise, surprise - no return call! Finally got a hold of them today and was told they would charge me $29 to come back to re-clean the spots!! I should have spent the extra $50 and hired Stanley Steamer or Coit!! Lesson learned!

i needed to get my carpet cleaned before a party i was having so i called america's best hopping they could come out the same day. They made time for me the same day!! They also where the lowest price around. I had them do 5 rooms for $99 and they only charged 5 for the trip charge as well as 2 dollers per stair every one else wanted 5 and up for each stair, as well as like 150 and up for the 5 rooms. they got all the stains out that i thought would never come out! i will never use a different cleaner again thanks again guys... read more

Let me just say that this was the easiest and best experience from the start. We called to make the appointment and was scheduled for the very next day. Randy and Cory were on time (even called to see if they could start early and that worked out even better). They were both friendly, efficient and professional and we even had some laughs. They spent more time on a couple vents because they were so bad and even sucked out concrete chunks from when out house was flipped years ago! Thank you for doing a great job cleaning my carpet and stairs... The stairs look like new! I really appreciate the guys were on time, the price was the same as quoted on the phone and they worked around My crazy schedule. This company is a good find!!!

I want to say "Thank You" again to this local company. I've used them before and was glad to see somethings do remain the same! They were able to work with my limited schedule and the quoted price was right on. The guys did a great job cleaning my five rooms with stairs...the stairs were better than when I moved in! I'm all about results and feel this company takes a lot of pride in doing a good job and I couldn't beat the price. I appreciate the awesome service

Ty's team was very professional in my experience and the pricing was very fair for all the work that had been completed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of carpet cleaning or carpet repairs. They even did my air ducts at a discounted rate! I have read the reviews on here and honestly can not say that my experience was anything less than prompt, professional, and under what I thought it would cost! I called America's Best Carpet cleaning after seeing an ad stating they can pretty much save even the worst stains and damaged carpet. I had a rental property that I was sure I would need to replace "ALL" the carpet in after a move out. Ty personally came and advised me that he could do the cleaning and repairs, he even went as far as saying I would never know there was any stains or damage after his team was finished.
