We love the product. The company was easy to deal with. The installation went well. I am very pleased with this company and our new shower. I would recommend them to anyone.

************, and ****** were amazing installers. Very professional and accommodating even after running into some significant delays requiring them to come back at a later date. I felt comfortable with them in my home. Americas Bath Company should be very proud to have these 3 outstanding employees!

**** and ***** - installers did a great job. They were extremely friendly, easy to work with. I highly recommend them.

We had them redo our shower that had been done by another company nearly four years ago. That company wanted up to $1200 to redo it the same way that didnt work before. That companys two day remodel turned into a four month exercise in mistakes and frustration. We were done with them. ***** and **** were part of the team that came to do our install on 8/23/22 and 8/24/22. We had two bathroom installs scheduled and the first was to be on 8/16/22, however, a problem was identified and the install delayed. The problem was addressed promptly and the first install was rescheduled. ***** was able to catch up with much of the 1st install on 8/23-24 so that when they return at the reassigned date (9/1/22) it should only require one day to complete. Yes, not every project will be 100% smooth depending on site conditions, manufacturer issues, employee sickness, but we will always do our best to find a way to get back as quickly as possible to get a project finished, even if it means recruiting guys to work overtime on their days off to make sure we take care of our customer.
We had ************** Company come out for our guest bathroom. Replace the tub/shower and sink. The three gentlemen ****** ***** and ****) were wonderful. They explained everything they were going to do according to the contract and they asked if we had other question, which we did and they answered them with easy explanations. They were kind, thorough and covered area's they used and cleaned up when the project was finished. They reminded us not to use that bathroom for 24 hours so the silicone will dry correctly. ** cannot express how well we liked ************** shower install from start to finish. ** did have a hicup along the way but it got resolved thanks to our installer **** putting effort forward on our behalf. **** was so excellent and his team **** and **** ** were so happy. We had Americas Bath out to replace our bathtub with a shower and the job was absolutely beautiful, everything went so smooth from when the installers arrived to when they left, the installer **** and his assistant ****** were so professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done, plus they kept us informed all along the way during the process, i cant wait till i have my next bathroom done so we could have **** come back out, we believe he is the best and you will not be disappointed with Americas Bath product.
