The security guard acted unprofessionally and showed discriminatory behavior. I came to pick up MY unsold cars, and earlier that morning I had called the office to confirm their working hours. They told me they were open until 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:15 PM, but the security guard refused to let me in, saying it was already too late. It sucked because the people was not nice at all
Very rude, unprofessional, and unorganized….
For all the car carrier 18 wheelers be careful with this auction when you call them they tell you and the custumer they have a forlift but when you arrived they tell you that for safety reasons they can’t put it on the trailer so sad and very disappointed because what is the point of have a service of forlift and not be able to put on the trailer they very bad
Its was pretty good , other than not being able to drive or see the cars prior to bidding on the car. You can go there on Thursdays to get a list of the cars that are available which is a good idea to do. Its a great place to get good repo cars or a starter car for a teen i got a 2011 chevy for 800 plus fees which came out to 1080.00 its needs some work but its well worth it.
