Drove from Detroit Was told to pick up the car by 7:00 p.m. Got their 6:50 Security guard refused to release my car. Saying they locked the gaye 6:30. He said the keys are in the safe and it's time. But there is no time around the safe. Abuse of power. He was laughing saying you should have got here at 6:00 p.m. maybe the gate would have been open.
The security guard acted unprofessionally and showed discriminatory behavior. I came to pick up MY unsold cars, and earlier that morning I had called the office to confirm their working hours. They told me they were open until 8:00 PM. I arrived at 7:15 PM, but the security guard refused to let me in, saying it was already too late.
