Every single time I try to bid online at this auction, I have a problem. Most of the time I have to call them to get my account back online because they kick me out for not bidding for a month. This time, it asked for the last 4 of my social (which I have never been asked for during the 5 years of my access membership). Even after I entered it, it asked for my ID number.
