America's Auto Auction started out as a great place to work. But over the past couple months, things started to go south. When I first started with our original GM, it was more relaxed, then it turned into constantly being watched and micromanaged to the point of not being able to take a break. It has improved vastly over the past year. Excited about all the changes. Inventory has been tons easier to process.
