I really thought this was a great company but they have showed their true color. Recently learned they do not cover HVAC units of different brands. Would this been great information before you not only approved me but took my money. You are better off putting away your money and saving up for when something happen to your home.

This company sucks, my air conditioning went out and refused to fix they said since I do not have records to show work/ maintenance and that my unit was to old, this company never asked me nor told me that my unit couldn't be 10 years old and to keep records it's 110 degrees in my house in Vegas and I have a sick child with lupus I'm contacted the better business bureau and waiting in this heat I had American home shield in the past and they fixed and replaced my air conditioning unit that was much older at my old place. Don't use this company. This is cheating. If I can give them no star, I am willing to give zero star to them. When I got this warranty, they explained me that all the heating or a/c issue will be included. The only thing I need to pay is just $60 trip fee, so I got the premium plan. My heater is not working fine, so I just called help. When the technician told me about it, they could just replace the control panel whatever, and I need to pay only $60 for trip charge. I reported to them that my washer was having issues. Their contractor did not contact me right away, I had to call the sub contractor (called Wed) to come and take a look at my washer. They told me if someone was available they would come that Friday. Friday came and went, so I called the following Monday. They finally came to come and take al ook on Wednesday.
