Excellent experience. Great prices with no need to haggle. I bought a 2013 Kia Soul under fair pricing AND with no dealer fees! Furthermore, Yuri the owner, was very personable and accommodating. I definitely recommend Americars if you’re looking for an inexpensive, used vehicle hassle-free. Much appreciation. A sensor needing changing, he recommended a great mechanic just around the corner and now it runs even more amazing! lol
Well, I trusted the information provided to me from the seller Yuri, expecting some sort of usual shortfall from what was described, but didn't expect something that is complete fraud, of which my attorney agrees. I hired an attorney to take this to arbitration. The good news is that I can arbitrate in Ohio which will make it easy and cheap for me, but not for the dealer. check back later for updates. We had a great car buying experience with Yuri over at AmericarsUSA in Hollywood, FL. Yuri is a seasoned professional whose 25 years in the automotive business w/eBay speaks for itself. There was nothing short of solid communication all the way through to signing off on a nice low mileage 2013 Avalon XLE Premium. I'd visit him again should we be in the market for another car. Not sure if this is the correct business or the one directly east of it but. This dealership is nothing but a scam. They lure you in with low advertised prices, but when you show up, they tell you the number you saw was only the down payment—not the actual car price. Nowhere was that made clear, and they conveniently left out that the $2,000 down payment I gave them wouldn’t even go toward the final price they quoted me later. I have never purchased a vehicle online, and I am so pleased with how Yuri helped me along the way. He arranged shipping for me, provided me with any photos or info I asked!
