Worst car rental experience ever! First of all, they advertise a free shuttle from the airport to their office to pick up the car. We waited for an hour, but every bus that stopped at the pickup point said they were not from Americars. I tried calling and messaging the WhatsApp number they provide, but nobody ever replied or answered. To avoid wasting more time, we ended up paying for an Uber.
