As a veteran, I am pleased with the fantastic services Americare Plus Allegheny provides the veterans in this area.
I've been with Americare since 2013 and the last year and a half has really been great. Americare needs to work more with us as clients.
Worst caregiver service ever!!! From the caregivers to the office staff (Carrollton VA office) to upper management. I hired them for my mom - first caregiver was WONDERFUL; she was there 3 weeks. The next 2 weeks were HORRIBLE! Went through 3 different caregivers. The caregivers stated they were not trained to handle Alzheimer patients. When families hire caregiver companies they expect nuturing and loving care for their loved ones - thats definitely not what mom received.
