Great caregiver agency and fabulous office manager !!!!! We have been getting in-home care services through Americareplus in Lexington,VA for over three years! Janelle Caldwell is an outstanding person and professional. She has done an amazing job staffing the constant changing schedule needs of my in-laws’s in-home care. Janelle is personable, caring and supportive… Not to mention she is the most reliable professional I’ve ever met. We are truly grateful to Americareplus and the amazing office manager Janelle
I didn’t appreciate signing a blank screen. I also didn’t appreciate being given more days and hours than I requested. Because all they did was sit around doing nothing for the 99 % of the time they were here
