WOW! Just WOW! Full disclosure, we are fairly new to AmeriCare. We were with Visiting Angels for about 7 months and dealt with nothing but problems, terrible caregivers and never having our needs fulfilled. We were scared to make the switch. I cannot say enough good things about Americare Plus, especially Natalie and Janet in the office. They have truly gone above and beyond to make sure my mom receives the care she deserves. They work hard to ensure she has aides available to meet her needs, and their dedication has made such a difference for our family.
