Terrible experience from start to finish. They gave me the wrong appointment date, which caused me to waste money on a flight. After I arrived, they told me the doctor wouldn’t be available for another two days—even though they already knew about the issue. I had to cancel my flight and completely rearrange my schedule. When I returned, I was told to be there at 7:00 AM for a “5-minute procedure” and that I’d be in and out. Instead, I waited over an hour with no updates, causing me to miss another important appointment. What... read more

Staff was nice enough. But the dr is rude. I should’ve not went through it when I noticed his messed up attitude ands rudeness. I felt everything even with supposed numbing spray. He was rude and kept telling me it’s pressure and not the needle. I’m in more pain than when I went in. I will not return to that facility ever again and do not recommend them

Everyone is nice enough but please get control of the schedule! I shouldn't have an appt at 9:45 and get seen at 11am!. It's incredibly inconvenient and I do not understand why this takes so long when the injection is a 10 minute process from start to Finish. Please figure this out!

I think I’m in more pain leaving here than the scene of the accident. The doctor was fast and sloppy with no bedside manner. As a type 1 diabetic for over 20 years, I’m very familiar with what a needle feels like and if I say I can feel the needle after numbing, I would expect the doctor to stop. He didn’t. I hope I don’t have to return here cause I truly want to cry after that experience. Also they need to get disposable robes and medical exam paper for exam table. The other staff was very nice, friendly and helpful.
