Excellent customer service!! We had to buy a knee scooter cause my son fractured his ankle while we were out of town. Lawrence helped us out and was extremely kind and knowledgeable! Saved our trip!!
How this place received a 4.8 rating is beyond me. How can you rate a place where the person who runs is not present at 10, 10:05, 10:15 until 11am!! Change your schedule online & ANSWER YOUR PHONE!! We stood outside this shop for 15minutes!! We decided to jot wait any longer and left….on way home not 2-3 minutes later, I called & lo & behold, a man answered! Must have been in the back room sleeping or ‘something else’, who knows!
