very unprofessional. Matt scheduled a visit for 8 in the morning a week in advance and never showed up. Upon giving him a call after waiting he mentioned they would not be able to provide service since they are backed up and that i should reach out to someone else. i had scheduled the visit almost a week before and he didnt have the basic courtesy to inform me in advance that he cant do the job. i would have just gone to someone else.
It has been about three or four weeks since I received a quote / proposal from this company. And I still have not heard anything back. It's truly a bummer, I was really ready to do business with this company.
