Louise the owner verbally abuses. The RNs are not up to date on training they are below par. Nothing like hospital RNs. They do not even follow basic hand washing protocols. Incompetent. They are concerned about what suits them as for schedules. They do not educate patients. Their notes are unreliable and not valid. Very sloppy nursing. I would never recommend.
