I'm typically a DIY guy, but recognize there are times when a contractor is needed. When that time comes, I do my research and keep a keen eye for the qualities that matter most to me. I think Americare was the 6th call I'd made in my hunt for an HVAC company. Spoke with Ken and he got my attention in a hurry.
