They were the best, quick, reliable, efficient and professional. Ken saved us alot of money, was afraid I was going to have to replace the entire system and he was able to repair our system. Americare is amazing. My technician Ken was an absolute life saver. My AC went out and he was able to book an appointment within 24 hours. Once he arrived, he was able to pinpoint exactly what was wrong and fix it just as quickly. He didn't try to upsell me any unnecessary bells or whistles which is extremely hard to find these days so I really appreciate that aspect of the visit.
