The people at this office are incredibly helpful. Aiden, and Nikki in the billing department especially. Doctors are great too. Highly reccomend.

Was late on every appointment for years before failing to ever meet with me in April, which ultimately I never returned. Never answered many emails, calls, texts. Never filled my meds. No communication. Straight up patient abandonment. Would never recommend.
Regularly fails to refill medications that they prescribed in the first place, fails to return calls, answer calls, miss bills and bridges the line of patient abandonment.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I’m writing this months later during this conversation about how hard it is to get ADHD meds. Realizing that after multiple meetings (they were unprepared and late to), ungodly phone call quality (leading to constant misinterpretation) and repeated lack of communication. Until the reason I even reached out in the first place just faded off into obscurity.. Would not recommend until they get their situation organized.
