I’ve worked with this company since 2019, I absolutely love love love them. The supervisors are amazing and the clients are the most precious people. I chose Americare to find my purpose when I had no purpose. caring for the elderly and disabled is an absolute passion of mine and I’d choose them every time. Great place to work for and to trust your loved ones with when needed
My Father was taken care of by the wonderful caregivers at this Company. My Mother had already passed away and my Father had become bedridden. I worked a full time job and even with Sisters and Son we could not take care of him 24 hours a day. Without Americare we would of had to put him in a Nursing Home and he did not want to leave his home. Our Family are so grateful to Americare. Hopefully we want need them again. But if the need arrives they will be the first Company we call. Thankyou again Americare.
Communication is greatly flawed in this agency! I requested a team meeting regarding care of my loved one on at least 2 occasions was told by nurse that “she was only one being proactive about meeting.” This meeting was to attempt to resolve breakdown in communication on anyone’s part and to create a conducive environment for healing to the client. This company is awful to work for. They did not pay me for 12 hours after I worked them two weeks ago. I explained to themI have to feed my family just like she does and it was a lack of empathy. I do not think she should be over such company with no empathy or compassion for clients or employees. They are all confused 😵💫 and they talk about one employee to the next. I am done! When it comes to my family and you don’t care you can miss me all together bro 🫡
They don’t check on lazy worker all she does is play on phone and go out side smoking
