Terrible customer service. Today I contacted billing for an information they were unwilling to provide (which is valid) and I got yelled at.
VA patients must contact Community Care thru the VA if having complaints. Overall, VA is a large organization with many departments. Community Care is who to ask for. Hope this helps. They are the ones who adds and deletes from the home health list.
We loved their care and they really helped my grandfather. Great family owned company that goes above and beyond.
