I normally try to support local salons, but this experience was disappointing and felt a bit like a scam. I came in for a simple acrylic powder refill and made that clear from the beginning. The technician tried to switch me to powder with shellac without explaining the cost difference, and I had to stop him because I knew shellac chips easily—especially since I wash dishes frequently.
