After receiving a disturbing phone call from my mother I called to speak with someone. I was assured that a social worker would be getting back to me. After waiting 4 days with no return phone call, I called back. I was told someone should have contacted me however they didn't. I asked if it was a HIPAA problem to let me know and I would get that resolved. This group of staff are outstanding. They have given us piece of mind with our mothers care. The staff communicates with us and each other very well. Everyone is on the same page and always on top of everything. My mother suffers from dementia and the staff at American Hospice has made her feel safe, loved and well cared for.
