i did a load with this company in may 2013 and this company refused to pay us upto date. Dispatchers are rude and will call you all kind of names including F words and hang up on your face. would not trust this company. they always look for any reason to reduce rate and wont pay for detentions and if you don't agree with them then they just wont pay you.
I was harasssed with pressuring calls - by whom I found out is the Vice President. He told me to "shut up" when I said I hadn't decided on a tradeshow shipping company. Very unprofessional. They were in consideration but are now on our blacklist. If you give them a firm commitment, they may be more polite. But in this case they were incredibly rude.
