RecommendedI am SO pleased with where I live! it usually takes me a while to settle into a new place, but I felt so comfortable here right away! April and Shaylene are awesome managers too!
I am grateful for the management team here. My hubby and I have lived here for roughly 4 and 1/2 years . The grounds are lovely. The staff keep it clean and looking nice. Even the neighbors are nice. But the staff are stand outs. They are quick to respond to any needs and friendly, professional. They make this place a real home and I appreciate that.
I must have visited at least 10 apartment complexes before I decided on Americana. Americana was so superior in what they provide. Beautifully remodeled with crown molding and tile floors. The private outdoor space is larger that I found at other apartments. They are very pet friend and have stations throughout the property. Shaylyn in the office is so helpful and welcoming! I am so happy to have found this amazing new home.
I've lived here a long time and have always been very pleased with it. It has a community feel that's better than any other place I've rented, even a place with much higher rent. It's safe and quiet. The management is responsive, helpful and professional.
This a very nice quiet peaceful environment. The grounds are always very clean
Worst place ever!!! Management is rude. Maintenance can't fix anything. All they care about is the money. If anything doesn't work get used to it. Our a/c was leaking and they wouldn't fix it till we moved out. 100 degree weather and all they would do is give me 2 box fans to use. DON'T RENT HERE!!!!!
