this community is disgraceful. poorly managed. 460.000 lot rent but no improvements to the park at all. remind you the rent increases every year also. swimming pool has no covered areas only 1 umbrella for lifegaurds. pool is full of everyones kids from various neighborhoods. roads have holes. no school shelter for the kids. cars are vandalized. favortism given to some residents. stay away. you will never have peaceful living here. actual property managed by a broker in maryland who could care less and the team of local mana... read more
