We had to move out quickly due to my fiance's job and the leasing office made it the biggest hassle ever. Even after the new tenant agreed to pay for the month that they were taking over the leasing office told them they shouldn't and we should pay for their first month rent. We are about to enter year 2 with Americana and it has been great! The office staff is so nice, quick to respond to questions (or the occasional issue) and the office hours are generous. I love the gym in the main building - it is clean and quiet. What impresses me most about this community is the amount of upkeep put into it. In the year we’ve been here, the building decks were replaced, new paint, new rooftop, and just yesterday, we got a new dog poop trash in our outside area. It's great here, friendly people. The maintenance crew is awesome as well. They fast and efficient. Compared to the first apartments I lived in, this place deserves 10 stars.

Customer service from the office staff is great! They always greet me with a friendly smile and are eager to help. The neighborhood is nice and there are a lot of restaurants/bars/stores nearby. Belmar is maybe 10 minutes away. Easy drive to downtown and the light rail with a large parking lot is super close. I rarely live any place for more than a year and I've been here for two and am planning on renewing again!
