Tried calling to inform staff that I was running late. Phone rang, but wasn't answered (4 attempts). They canceled my reservation instead because I had shut my card off. They had attempted to charge me full rate for 1 day due to not showing on time. They are not pet friendly. If your in transition, or near broke this is a good option as off season rates were $27 a night. Service was fine - no complaints. Location is fine, it's a fun area of Tennessee to explore. We went to Gatlinburg on a whim in the middle of a road trip and ended up at this motel for the night. Out room was a disaster... We wouldn't recommend going here unless you have no other options and don't want to sleep in your car. Incredibly sketchy and dirty room. The location and cheap price is all they offer. The service was terrible. There was a sign said would be back at 9pm. There were people waiting still it was about 930pm. The room was kinda clean but the repair jobs were terrible and the room had a lot of repairs half done. The air unit was on 2x4s. I watched TV which didn't have a remote for a hour fell asleep and left as soon as I woke up. Sketchy people in parking lot and a argument next door just didn't make it worth being there. The location was awesome though.
