No heat in the room and no hot water. But the price to stay is a good price.
Unfortunately I cannot put no stars. The hot water was completely out and they did not have a room available. The hotel said we could get a refund how we booked and now they are holding the refund because they will not respond to the company I booked through. This is ridiculous you owe me a refund. Do not stay here.
It is ~$35/night. Less if you get it from an aggregator so keep that in mind. You're not getting a pillow mint. Sheets and bed were clean. Towels were fine too. Tub had been.. repaired but was usable. Saw one small roach over two days. Only safety issue was the ~180 degree tap water from the hot side. So.. reasonable. Likely not going to pick it again given other options but no major regrets. Nobody lurking and generally just a few people minding their own business. Location is fantastic.
Room was cheap for 2 nights ($58 after $20 discount) which obviously was a desperate attempt to sucker guests in. Website said pool. It was my misinterpretation of it being OUTDOOR. I get it was March and the pools in the south might not be open until April but our trip was March 28th. The pool was not open nor was it close to being open for April. There wasn't an indoor pool. Fine ok, but the elevator was sketchy and the room smelled of cheap sex and cigarettes. Proof that you get what you pay for.
Nobody answers the front desk phone I have called for the past 2 days between the hours of 8am and 5pm and not once was the phone picked up. I needed to speak to Management desperately and have not been able to contact them. Customer service is very important and they seriously lack in that department. There is no reason that the front desk phone shouldn't be answered during regular business hours. I have called over 50 times and have yet to be answered.
