Horrible!! En las habitaciones a penas se puede caminar.. las camas son pequeñas. Me quede una noche nada mas gracias a Dios!! El servicio es pesimooo.. No lo recomiendo. Aires dañados etc etc. Solicite almohada y sabanas adicionales y no lo llevaron a la habitación tuve q recogerlas en el lobby y cargar com ellas hasta la habitación. Los empleados son árabes sin ganas de ayudar. El de Front Desk por poco me come!!
I was there this year in February and come back in December! I like it ! Clean Hotel and the Bathroom is no problem as well
they overcharged me.I called to discuss it and the guy was very rude and screaming at me the whole time.
Excelente servicio, limpieza impecable, los baños son compartidos; pero créanme son baños excelentes!! La atención de los empleados, excelente también, (Zacarías muy cordial). Tienen desayuno (café, frutas y galletas 🍪) gratis. En fin, me vuelvo a quedar con ellos!! ☺️☺️☺️
Service after departure miserable. Waited 3 months for the bail and nothing happened, thanks to Expedia get back the deposit

Wonderful and helpful staff and very clean. Will definitely stay again. My only concern is I didn't have a washcloth. Don't know if this was an oversight or not. But it was late and didn't feel like going all the way downstairs to ask. Other than that great location good breakfast and like I said will stay there again.
