I had an excellent personalized service with them. Being in Canada, it was problematic and expensive to order their products. They contacted me and they tried to help to my entire satisfaction. Nick Delgiorno is the person I talked to on the phone. He called me back right the same day. So it's great for the service. I ordered buffing pads that are VENTILATED, whick is already difficult to find. They seem of good quality. But I couldn't tried them yet as it's already winter in here.

After years of switching between other manufactures products trying to find the right combination of cleaning, prep and aftercare products, I was introduced to Americana Global products a year ago. They are all I use use to prep my clients vehicle before ceramic coating and use the aftercare products to maintain that ceramic. They are the best.

Amazing products for anyone that is in the detailing business! If you haven't tried their pads or polishes yet, I encourage you to do so!
