Dirty water and power problems
Do not buy here! The buildings are falling apart, and the HOA targets anyone who questions them and their poor spending and judgment. Some mortgage companies won’t even lend here because of the failing infrastructure. The HOA Is one of the crazy ones you hear about and nothing has changed in years. In 5 years the fees have more than doubled and still the community is failing, yet the HOA is attacking owners with ESAs. And the neighbors are crazy and the HOA doesn’t care if you are harassed daily.
