STAY AWAY. Do not let the location or amenities trick you into investing/renting in this neighborhood. The living conditions are sub-par. You can't even control your HVAC; it's controlled by a central chiller/boiler plant that breaks down CONSTANTLY. The aging infrastructure has shown signs of deterioration for the last few years. On top of that, my wife and I had to deal with mice and roaches on a near daily basis. Fantastic landscaped property with tennis court picnic area and pool
The is a beautiful property. The condo association maintains the grounds immaculately. This community has been around a long time and is starting to have some age related problems. However, they are being addressed at the time. All amenities comes with ownership so that helps to make it even more affordable. No one can argue that the location is very convenient to public transportation and shopping. It is also gated and safe. All in all, Americana Finnmark is a lovely place to live. See you at the pool!
