STAY AWAY. Do not let the location or amenities trick you into investing/renting in this neighborhood. The living conditions are sub-par. You can't even control your HVAC; it's controlled by a central chiller/boiler plant that breaks down CONSTANTLY. The aging infrastructure has shown signs of deterioration for the last few years. On top of that, my wife and I had to deal with mice and roaches on a near daily basis.
