Management office is very good, however there is lot of issues with neighbour in various part of campus, I lived here for 3 years. I seen many negative things around this property, lot of stealing, vandalism, nosy neighbors, as list go on. I pretty much fed up with this property. However it is very convenient location because it next to Rockville Metro Station. And many of local or some of chain restaurants been seen here.
