As I wake up this morning, I feel sad as today is my last day at Americana. This place has been my only home in the US when I moved from India. I got lucky when I got an apartment here which is the most affordable place in midtown close to campus. I was at business school, and that's just 4-minute walk from here. Roy, the property manager, is super helpful and approachable. I have lived here in both 2-bedroom and 1-bedroom. Have always got some beautiful views and sunset from my window. I absolutely love living at Americana apartment! The location is unbeatable, being just a 2-minute walk from Vanderbilt Law School. The soundproof walls are a game-changer, and having access to the top-floor pool in the summer is a bonus. Roy, the property manager, is incredibly responsible and always goes above and beyond to help with any apartment issues. After living here for a year, I can confidently say that Americana is my true home in Nashville. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Americana Apartments if you’re looking to stay here in Nashville. It’s walking distance from Vanderbilt and Music Row. The pricing was excellent compared to similar places in the Nashville area. Mr. Roy and his team have made a very welcoming environment.
I lived here for a year while I was a grad student at Vanderbilt and it was great in terms of pricing and location, especially since I was able to walk to class in under 10 min. I've also never had an issue with parking or loud neighbors. The music from the bars can be a little loud sometimes, but it never bothered me that much. The staff and management, particularly the property manager, Roy, are incredibly friendly and very prompt with any maintenance requests or questions/concerns.
