Connectivity - the apartment is at great location. Very close to universities - Vanderbilt and Belmont and downtown. There are lot of food options nearby. The apartment is also close to two bus stops making commute very easy. Community - great people in the apartment building. The apartment manager is really sweet and helpful. There's on-call maintenance available. The apartment is great for students and working professionals!

I lived at the Americana for the past three years and absolutely loved my time there. The property manager Roy Nunley is the most kind and helpful person. He will answer any questions you have and is always willing to help if there is an issue. Roy really goes the extra mile to ensure that you are enjoying your time there. I lived in this apartment for two years, and it truly felt like home during my time in Nashville. As an international student, Americana makes me felt safe, supported, and comfortable. The property manager Roy is one of the kindest and most helpful people I've met. He always responded quickly to any questions or issues, and he genuinely cared about the residents.
