THESE ARE THE WORST APARTMENTS These are the worst apartments. There is NO Visiter parking your guests have to park in business near by and might get towed. There is no place to play for your kids and no room between tiny garages so it is dangerous for kids. The bushes are never trimmed, you cant get hot water when you need it, theyre bugs of all kinds running inside the buildings, ants, termites, cock roaches you name it. Fabulous! This is a fabulous place to live! The apartments have nice new tile floors,2 full bathrooms, dishwashers and central air. What more can you ask for? There is also a play area for the kids as well as a basketball court for your teenagers and everyone gathers at the pool during the summer for bbqs and summertime fun! You get a garage and parking space and there are 2 laundry rooms with more than enough washers and dryers for everyone. Americana Apartment Great apartment. You can never find a very spacious living room and dining room/kitchen around orange county area. The backyard is big too. The only problem about this place is we don't have enough parking space. And of course having an apartment that looks like a house is pricey too.
