They rip people off! Horrible experience. I booked this from an online travel site, and when I went to check in, they made me pay upfront for their hotel service fee. When I saw the room complete with holes in the wall, dirt in the tile and shady neighbors, I immediately went to the front desk and told them I changed my mind. I asked for the service fee back, but they refused even though I didn't stay there. Luckily I was able to get the reservation fee back from the travel company, but not the bogus hotel service fee.
