I like the place. The staff who attended to us were nice and kind. The specialist we talked to was also nice and caring. Honest as well.
The staff drove in from NJ and they said they didn't know what happened to the staff that actually works in this office. They said they knew nothing about my insurance information and they would only take cash. I told them their office called me on Wednesday saying insurance would be acceptable. They had to call their call center and ask them what my copay would be. This office was very sketchy. Their phone lines didn't work and they had to call out to run my credit card. I will never go back.
