The waiting for 5 hours for an ultrasound was ABSOLUTELY ridiculous, besides the staffs behavior. Unprofessional, rude, and seemingly unapologetic. I understand this medical service isn't thought of highly by most people, but ITS STILL a SERVICE and MEDICAL procedure. People who work in this industry should take their job and patients more seriously. Never recommending this place to anyone.

Terrible expierence Ever ! I Never Ever write reviews but My App. Was Schedualed At 3pm. I Literally Did Not Leave Until 11:45pm Just For A 10min Procedure , Took An Hour For Me get Called To DoAnother Sono . Didnt Get CalledBack Until another 3 Hours For A Payment To Be Done ThenWaited Another Couple Of Hours For a Finger Poke, Then Waited More hours to finally Get My Procedure done at 11:15pm. This Place Is Bullshit ! Place Is Dirty , And Reccomend A Different Office. Good Luck Ladies .

This place was the worst experience of my life. First off, the waiting room looks very dirty and not inviting at all. The walls were so dirty with big huge stains on the carpet. Just to receive an ultrasound was about 2 hours and 45 mins. Once you go back to see the lady that receives the payment, she was very anti-social and singing lyrics to rap songs along with another African american slimmer lady (which is very unprofessional). Nice office. Staff were polite, responsive and were nice as well. Doctor was knowledgeable and caring. I was glad to have come here in the first place.
