Hi Ken, Although you arrived 30 minutes late to our 8am appointment, we appreciate you coming out on December 11th to measure our windows. Due to the lack of follow-through and communication regarding the quote, which we still never received after reaching out to you numerous times, we’ve decided to move forward with another company. Window replacements require a high level of responsibility and reliability, and based on our experience so far, we don’t feel this is the right fit for our project. Thank you for your time.

Ken did not install the products we wanted as stated in the contract. We did not know this initially until we inspected the glass and when we tried to resolve this he seemed agreeable, but ultimately stopped responding. Ken did not respond to our BBB complaint and now we are working to file a fraud complaint with CO AG.
Ken did a temporary fix on my commercial door while I wait for parts for a permanent fix. Less than 5 minutes later, it swings like a new door!
