On May 7, 2024, we entered into a contract with American Windows & Doors of Grand Junction, Colorado,owned by Kenneth Meier, for the installation of four French doors, two sliding doors with large picture windows, and two awning windows. Hi Ken, Although you arrived 30 minutes late to our 8am appointment, we appreciate you coming out on December 11th to measure our windows. Due to the lack of follow-through and communication regarding the quote, which we still never received after reaching out to you numerous times, we’ve decided to move forward with another company. Window replacements require a high level of responsibility and reliability, and based on our experience so far, we don’t feel this is the right fit for our project. Thank you for your time.
