Dain, Tony, Fred and the rest of their team were a pleasure to work with. Dain was very responsive to my initial phone call. He came the same day to measure our windows and gave us a quote soon after. Their pricing was very competitive. I recently hired (February 2025) American Windows Specialist for a second time, having had a decent experience with them in the past. This job totaled over $7,000, and while the Milgard windows (retro fit) they use are great and the installation work was solid, the follow-up, communication, and overall customer service after the install left a lot to be desired.
