Great company and personal service. Sean was our point of contact and did an amazing job. They were responsive, showed up on time, and replaced a window for us in Santa Monica. Highly recommend for anyone looking to upgrade or replace windows.
Our journey of window replacements started well over a year ago. We explored many different installation companies and window types and are very grateful to have found American Window Concepts. Outstanding workmanship, great rate! Excellent service and communication. I had recieved estimates from two other companies. Despite an initial appointment mix-up, They are very well organized and the showroom is very clean. Trisitin came out and provided a quote via email. The rate was the best out of 2 other companies estimated rate. Two windows installed in less than an hour. I chose American Window Concepts because of the quality the present. Every step of the process was efficient and professional. Brenda from the office staff always kept us informed on delivery and installation. Sean from the moment he came to look at the project was courteous and offered alternatives to a complex installation. I have more projects and they will be our people!
We have had almost every window and sliding glass doors installed using American Window Concepts. They are amazing! From the first quote to the finishing touches they were professional, easy to have around and always on time when they said they were coming. We still have a few more windows to do and another door. They will be the people we call. I recommend this company 100%.
