We recently moved to Indiana and stopped by this store intending to purchase furniture. We arrived just before closing, but the employee who greeted us was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional. We understand businesses have operating hours and were respectful of that, but the interaction left us feeling unwelcome. As a potential customer, this was disappointing and not the level of service we expected. AWF, Indianapolis, IN, supplies Classic Furniture. New Albany, IN. Purchased an adjustable bed frame and mattress from them 2021. 2025 the frame quits working. Pics, receipt, model and serial no. provided numerous times via email and phone to AWF and Classic Furniture. It came with a 10 year warranty per manual. One tech came out to take pic of electrical box under the frame. No help from Todd Coleman, Jessica or Trey. Filed claim with AWF, Brad Korn. No help. Now its February 2026 and still no help.
