Delinquent payments to subcontractors. Usually if you're not contracted with a service company, you must make payment when invoice is received. This has not the case. Currently over 30 days late on payment. Due to the consistent delays in payment, the store that received the work is now being invoice for a service that was supposed to be provided or paid for by the lighting company. I have to say communication was very responsive, but, lacks the needed action to satisfy debt to outside contractors.
