Sandra and Cristian were very helpful and responsive when communicating with them on the phone and through email. Their bids were very competitive compared to the other companies that I looked at, but American West Roofing won me over with the great customer service I just mentioned. The workmanship on both my roof and gutters was fantastic, plus the work area was cleaned up after completion. I have no hesitation recommending this company.
This review is a bit overdue. I am generally not one to use Social Media and crowdsourcing etc. When looking for a roofer I wanted someone I could trust and who was not one of the fly by night operations that show up on your doorstep after a storm and try to sell their services. I had a phenomenal experience with American West Roofing when I was in a pinch with the sale of my home. Sandra and Luis were extremely knowledgable in all their products and pricing as well as timeline for getting things done. Not only that, but they were proactive and up to date on all city codes that were needed to be completed/updated to allow the inspection to pass without issue.
