Too many nails everywhere. They let only one outside carrier in facility at a time, so you will definitely have to park and wait in no parking zone outside on street. City code enforcement vehicle comes around to take trailer plate numbers of trucks parked on street here so expect a parking violation ticket in mail. Hardly any maneuvering space inside. Forklift guy was nice. Arrived 2 hours early , took 2 hours to get loaded after appt time.

So I'm told to be here for a pick up on time or will be declined so I show up 45 minutes early to make sure. The Office staff were nice and friendly and told me I was next to be loaded and they will call me. I parked just inside the gate where any normal person would park if they are next. I'm not in the way of anything but a forklift driver decides to tell me I can't park there. I tell him I'm next but he doesn't care. I ask then where do I park? He says out on the street. They require you to pull out of the property before securing load. Block pallets are weak, I have put more tension on drywall sheets without them breaking. I will not do business with them again.

Highly recommend turning this load down, that is unless you enjoy sitting around for a majority of the day watching your clock tick away. First time coming here, will be the last. If you require me to meet my appointment time, I require YOU to meet it.
