Stay away from this house . 1-very cheaply made 2-cillings are short 3- bedrooms are tiny . Horrible house but it looks good for out side don't get full by the cover they put from out side inside nothing but Styrofoam . If you buy from them you will regretd . I don't how the city of Las Vegas allowed them to build such a a horrible home , they should take their license away . Horrible, horrible, horrible
This company used bad and cheap materials to build customers homes. It looks nice on the outside but the inside is so cheap!!’ If you don’t believe me just go up and place your finger & press hard Into it , there’s nothing but styrofoam under the thin stucco layer that they sprayed over . Lmao ! They are ripping off their own customers. They only offer 6 years structure warranty ! Go figure!!! It is after 6 years that problems arise.
I see several negative comments; however, I can’t agree. My beautiful home in SouthBrook was delivered on time and the quality is first class. I couldn’t be happier with my home. Thank you American West!
If I could give them a minus five I would. They are thieves. Please look at the reviews on bbb and on line! Report them to the real estate division!!!!! They have several complaints for the same reason and will give you the run around. STAY AWAY FROM THE BRENTWOOD COMMUNITY!
I closed on my house in the middle of July and still do not have all items fixed that are wrong with my house. The funny thing is that my husband and I work from home so we are literally home every day. For any home owner that has to leave the house to go to work, I don't think these issue would ever get resolved. The warranty dept does not respond to emails the first time around. Horrible Builder .... Haven't moved into my house delays delays delays until you make them tell you the truth about a closing date they won't tell you . 6 months and still waiting ....
Run away as fast as you can. Simply put, this company is horrible. The home we had built is uninhabitable due to the many plumbing issues. Almost a year and they still can't get it resolved. This is only one if the many many many issues with American West.
Nearly bait and switch-nada included! No gates, svc door in garage, patios. Never seen less included in new homes. Even front door and interior doors.Alot cannot be put in even if you pay. Do not buy from them, please!!!! Few choices and shoddy construction too. Beware Fox hills estates.
