Ok, so Ken came to our house at 815 instead of 9 am, our scheduled time. Parked his truck in the middle of our driveway and was extremely arrogant qnd rude!!! Let me explain...here we are in the middle of a pandemic and this individual is hawking luggies every ten steps and cussing.
