Carol Stowell is a brilliant doctor and both me and my wife have been under her care for several years and I would be the first to admit that I'm not an easy patient to deal with I came in to see her after me and my wife both was put through a bad arena from other doctors I really didn't have much hope and really didn't expect the care that her and DR turners' office has done for both me and my wife wouldn't go anywhere else' the staff and her assistant penny have been kind and understanding thank you....
