If I could rate it a 0 star I would. This has been the worst company to deal with. 0 ways to get a hold of them or our doctor. Worst business.
Downloaded the app recommended by my insurance company. The wait time for their “on-call” doctor to call me was ridiculous. Do not recommend using app for virtual urgent care services.
I had horrible experience with this company. I would never go for any of their health related service. Recently i had consulted them whether they accept Optum EAP insurance for the service they provide. Response was positive. I took their service. When it was time for accept the EAP payment they denied saying the EAP code not working..also they can't communicate with my insurance company. They can't help me. Such an frustrating experience. Negative Rating for them.
My insurance transferred me to this company. Then, the insurance wouldn't cover the visit. The doctors also only give one month prescriptions so you have to use them every month which essentially means you are paying for your own doctor visits.
