I had horrible experience with this company. I would never go for any of their health related service. Recently i had consulted them whether they accept Optum EAP insurance for the service they provide. Response was positive. I took their service. When it was time for accept the EAP payment they denied saying the EAP code not working..also they can't communicate with my insurance company. They can't help me. Such an frustrating experience. Negative Rating for them.
My insurance transferred me to this company. Then, the insurance wouldn't cover the visit. The doctors also only give one month prescriptions so you have to use them every month which essentially means you are paying for your own doctor visits.
The people have been extremely racist and vulgar.
Don’t waste your money. Not sure how some of these people even have doctors degrees. We were out of town and thought we would use the service because our son had a bad ear infection, wheezing, cough, and fever after an hour and a half of trying to get to a doctor that would actually do a child, she recommended that we go to urgent care and would not prescribe anything.
