We have a small storage unit and it is spacious and we love it
This was the smoothest storage rental I have ever done! I created an account online, chose the location and number of the storage unit for easy access, then started moving things into the unit that same day. Since I'm renting short-term, I didn't set up autopay but easily could have done so. I appreciate the reminder emails about upcoming rental payments. Thanks for making this so process user-friendly!

When I rented the unit. Someone else got the unit and when I called to get it sorted out they gave me a new unit right away and everything is fine.
I have been renting for years! Whenever American Way storage took over they raised the price from $75,00 a month to $90.00. Then it went to $108.00! Now they are charging $125.00!! No explanation as of why this recent raise in price!! Guessing I’ll have to move out!!!
